In response to new market needs, Isagenix is pleased to inform you that Will Call service is now available for our Associates. This is a type of purchase that let you generate your order through your Back Office and collect it the next business day at your Isagenix office.

This delivery method will allow us to greatly streamline the purchasing process with Isagenix Colombia, all you have to do is enter in your Back Office, place your order and choose Will Call as your new shipping option.

Let’s review how to use the Will Call service through your Back Office

  • The service cost will be $ 5.800 COP.
  • Choose your method of payment. For this option you have available payments credit card and IsaWallet only.
  • From the moment Isagenix receive payment through your Back Office before 11 pm of Colombia (12 pm New York), you can claim your products the next business day from 3PM (Monday to Friday) at your Isagenix Office in Bogotá.
  • Once payment is received, our system will send your order information to our external logistics operator who will enlist it, process it and send it to your Isagenix Office in Bogota.
  •  The next business day after you have placed your order from your Back Office, approach the logistics area at your Isagenix office in Bogota with your order number and your ID to effectively deliver your products.
  •  Clearly enter the name of the person who will be claiming the order. Remember, in order to deliver an order to a third party not specified from the start, a letter of authorization from you is required.
  • You will have a maximum of 5 working days to pick up your order, during this time we’ll be remembering you about the pending product to collect.
  • If your order has not been collected after 5 working days, this will be returned to our external logistics operator. At this point, to receive your order, contact your Customer Service Line:  Bogotá: 596 17 20 | Toll Free: 01 8000 180 472, you will be required to make a payment of $ 20.800 pesos and your order will be sent to your home.
  • This delivery option is only available through Back Office in Colombia. Remember that the only point of delivery is your Isagenix Office in Bogota.
  • On an event day, when the Isagenix Office is closed, Will Call service will not be available.

Tips for a successful purchase through your Virtual Office

  •  If the credit card you registered in your Back Office will not be used in subsequent orders, we recommend deleting it, to prevent unwanted charges.
  • Check taste, presentation and quantity of your products before finalizing the order in your Back Office and ensure you get the desired products.
  • Any modifications or changes to your order must be processed with the policies and procedures, which you can find in your Back Office.
  • Remember that you will receive a 10% discount on the total price when purchasing six (6) or more units of the same reference.
